Athagora Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These Terms govern the use of athagora.com and Athagora's publicly available research, intelligence, analysis and other content.

Athagora is an independent sports intelligence and advisory practice.

For legal purposes, Athagora is operated by PROHUBGROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16285611.

References to "Athagora", "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms refer to PROHUBGROUP LTD trading as Athagora where legally relevant.

Our work

Athagora may publish:

  • research studies
  • Articles
  • original analysis
  • articles
  • datasets
  • charts and visualisations
  • audience research
  • sociological analysis
  • commercial intelligence
  • strategic commentary
  • commissioned research

Athagora may also provide research and advisory services directly to clients.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, publicly available material on Athagora is provided for general research and information purposes.

Evidence, interpretation and recommendations

Athagora aims to represent evidence accurately and proportionately.

Research may involve interpretation, estimates, changing circumstances and incomplete datasets.

We therefore distinguish between:

  • Evidence: what the available information supports.
  • Interpretation: Athagora's assessment of what that evidence means.
  • Recommendation: what we believe an organisation should consider doing in response.

Recommendations are not guarantees of commercial, financial, organisational or sporting outcomes.

Commissioned work

Submitting an enquiry or discussing a potential project does not itself create a client relationship.

Commissioned work may be governed by separate written terms covering matters such as:

  • scope
  • deliverables
  • fees
  • payment
  • confidentiality
  • intellectual property
  • data processing
  • project timescales
  • termination
  • liability

Where a specific client agreement conflicts with these general website Terms in relation to that engagement, the specific agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original Athagora material is owned by or licensed to Athagora.

This may include:

  • written research
  • methodologies
  • reports
  • Articles
  • original analysis
  • graphics
  • charts
  • visualisations
  • original databases
  • survey instruments
  • branding
  • website content

Reasonable quotation and reference to publicly available Athagora research is permitted where Athagora is clearly attributed.

Without permission, users must not:

  • reproduce substantial parts of Athagora research
  • commercially redistribute our publications
  • sell our material
  • remove attribution
  • present Athagora work as their own
  • materially alter our conclusions while continuing to attribute them to Athagora
  • systematically extract substantial quantities of proprietary content
  • create a competing commercial database primarily from Athagora material
  • publish confidential or commissioned research without permission

Nothing in these Terms removes rights provided by applicable copyright law.

Use of Athagora branding

The Athagora name, logo and visual identity must not be used in a way that falsely suggests partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or approval.

No betting or gambling service

Athagora is not a betting, gambling or odds intelligence service.

We do not produce betting tips or gambling recommendations.

Athagora research must not be presented as betting advice.

Athagora may decline work whose primary purpose is gambling optimisation or increasing gambling participation.

Third-party information

Athagora may use or reference third-party information, websites, datasets and publications.

A reference does not automatically constitute endorsement.

We cannot guarantee the continued accuracy or availability of information maintained by third parties.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Public Athagora research should not be treated as a substitute for regulated financial, legal, medical or professional advice.

Athagora does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial or sporting outcome arising from general public research.

Specific liability arrangements for commissioned work may be agreed separately.

Website availability

Athagora may update, correct, archive, withdraw or change website material where appropriate.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to rights which applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
