Evidence, interpretation and recommendations
Athagora aims to represent evidence accurately and proportionately.
Research may involve interpretation, estimates, changing circumstances and incomplete datasets.
We therefore distinguish between:
- Evidence: what the available information supports.
- Interpretation: Athagora's assessment of what that evidence means.
- Recommendation: what we believe an organisation should consider doing in response.
Recommendations are not guarantees of commercial, financial, organisational or sporting outcomes.
Commissioned work
Submitting an enquiry or discussing a potential project does not itself create a client relationship.
Commissioned work may be governed by separate written terms covering matters such as:
- scope
- deliverables
- fees
- payment
- confidentiality
- intellectual property
- data processing
- project timescales
- termination
- liability
Where a specific client agreement conflicts with these general website Terms in relation to that engagement, the specific agreement takes precedence.
